An unexpected opportunity to assist the wonderful Aggie Women’s Chorus and Singing Cadets has popped up. They had a scheduled concert cancel suddenly, and Houston Aggie Moms have the chance to step in to help with their event. This is especially phenomenal, given that the president of Singing Cadets, Clayton Reid, is the son of one of our members, Cara Reid. We have a short time frame to put together what normally would be a several month effort. We are inviting you to assist.
Here’s where you can help:
1. Purchase tickets HERE ($10 each)
2. Encourage others to enjoy this wonderful opportunity (purchase tickets HERE)
3. Join in the sponsorship effort to underwrite the concert HERE (tax deductible)
The Friday, March 25th concert is being held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church 5308 Buffalo Speedway. The doors open at 6:15 p.m., the concert begins at 7:00 p.m. and will run until 9:00 p.m. The tickets will be $10, tax and fees inclusive.
Since we do not have the traditional time frame to advertise and seek sponsorships, we are hoping that the Aggie network will come out stronger than ever, both via ticket purchases and donations to support the Aggie Women’s Chorus and Singing Cadets…so please reach out to your friends and neighbors. We are so pleased to have this opportunity to help both wonderful groups and to enjoy their talents. This is a wonderful community event and a fantastic way for us to support two very worthy TAMU student organizations.
